K&B's 28-acre Houston complex is purpose-designed
to meet tight production schedules. Equipped with cutting-edge computer
controlled threading machines and innovative automatic feeding systems,
K&B Houston is staffed by some of the industry's most experienced
professionals.
The complex features four full-length thread lines
with capabilities ranging from 2 3/8 to 13 5/8 inches. Lines are
equipped with in-line connection blasting and automatic full-length
drifting. The plant has accessory threading capabilities up to 14
inches.
Four acres are dedicated to storage and staging for
full-length tubulars, with an additional 6 acres under development.
Phase 2 development of the Houston facility is in the planning stages
and will add Manufacturing and Tubular Accessory divisions.
