From casing hangers to riser components, K&B offers a
wide variety of specialty milling, drilling, and machining
processes required in the manufacturing of high performance
wellhead accessories. Working under our API specs 6A
and 16A license, we have over 200 man-years of experience with

2. TUBING ACCESSORIES
K&B is fully equipped to manufacture a complete line of
pup joints, flow couplings, blast joints and crossovers along
with other various completion products. These capabilities
along with our ISO 9001:2000 certification, API and Premium
threading licenses have enabled us to aid in manufacturing

3. WELDING, FABRICATION TESTING
AND REPAIRS
A team of experienced welders, added to a wide range of advanced
equipment, enables us to handle most onshore and offshore projects.
Hydrostatic units with pressure testing up to 22,000 PSI to
a 750-ton pull test unit, helps confirm our commitment to deliver

4. REFURBISHING FULL LENGTH

5. END FINISHING
Available at our facility are phosphate treating, copper plating,
glass peaning, along with swedging, mandreling and stress

6. FULL LENGTH THREADING
Working with distributors, end users and thread technology
companies, K&B threads over 2 million feet of pipe a
year with API and premium connections. Our 8-acre pipe storage
area maintains approximately 50 strings of pipe completed

8. INVENTORY CONTROL
K&B’s unique accessory programs allow you to stay
out of the inventory business. By buying back the accessories
we sell you, even after they have been used, limits your exposure

10. TORQUING
Both vertical and horizontal torquing is available. Torque

11. EXPANSION
Starting in 1974 with five acres, K&B has shown consistent
and steady growth. Development of additional pipe storage area
is currently underway, with expansion planned for additional
distributorships and machining capabilities. Speak to one of

12. ADMINISTRATION
Our Administrative Center is the hub for networking K&B’s
services with the efforts of approximately 200 employees. A
hands-on owner and specialists in our Research and Design Department
and our Well Completions Division are available for immediate
consultation and planning. Thread technology companies such
as JFE, Ternaris and VAM, along with major OEM’s and
oil companies, have relied on our design capabilities to move
forward from the idea phase to the implementation phase in
